Return Policy

• At Galaxy Sweets, we take pride in crafting handmade perishable food items with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, we offer a No Melt Guarantee for your peace of mind.

  No Melt Guarantee: If your chocolate products arrive melted due to hot weather conditions, we will gladly replace them. Please reach out to our Customer Support team within 24 hours of receiving your order, providing detailed descriptions and photograph(s) as evidence of the melting, to arrange for a replacement or exchange.

  Please note that all claims must be supported with proper documentation to be eligible for reshipment. We reserve the right to limit replacements and do not offer refunds. Replacements will be sent with equal value or replaced with another item of equal value.

  Shipping Conditions: Due to the perishable nature of our products, our guarantee applies only to orders that are correctly addressed and successfully delivered on the first attempt. We ship to the shipping address(es) provided by the customer, so please ensure accuracy.

  Galaxy Sweets is not liable for failed deliveries under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

  • Missing suite or apartment numbers when necessary for accurate delivery.

  • Recipient being out of town or unavailable during delivery attempts.

  In cases where shipments are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses, additional charges for reshipment may apply. Extended transit times during returns may also damage or spoil items. In such instances, Galaxy Sweets reserves the right to deem the returned items unsuitable for redelivery, and any replacement orders will be at the customer's expense.
